I am in this phase of the process myself and I just 'googled' 'kitchen hardware' and came up w/ plenty of choices to shop from. I ordered some samples from myknobs.com , received the samples in a couple days. They have a sample policy in which I will be credited the sample cost minus shipping. I saw other online companies that do similar sample packages. Lucky for me I received a pull I am completely in love with and will be ordering from them.

Found really great pricing on AHTurf.com. It is good to order a sample from a place like myknobs.com but you should always check the prices at a place like ahturf.com or hardwarehut.com before placing the entire order. I found they had better pricing when I did my kitchen and my Mom's and Mother-in-laws kitchen. Good Luck.

I found a lot of sites difficult to navigate--meaning if I found a pull I liked, I couldn't tell if it came in various sizes. The site I ended up ordering from because when I did find a style of pull I liked, and I clicked on it, it would show me everything available in that style.

I purchased my crystal knobs from an ebay vendor. I was able to send a note to the seller and ask for a better price if I purchased a bunch. This was very successful for me.

I got mine from Rejuvenation. I should have just harvested them from kitchens getting gutted here...I also got a few from Restoration Hardware. They have good prices on big pulls.

Both have the occasional sale (which I missed) and good customer service.
