I would take him to the vet...if the vet says that he's okay...then the bile could be because his stomach is empty. My old bully would throw up bile if she went too long between eating (she was a picky eater sometimes and would only eat if I was around her). When you say he has been going potty in the house do you mean pee? poop? or both? If hes peeing it could be the food is too salty so he is drinking too much water and can't hold it until morning. These are just guesses though without knowing more.

Yep yep yep midnight snacks for your puppers. I have to feed my dog once every 4 hours just to keep his tummy full. I mix Trader Joes canned dog food, some ground hamburger and some boiled rice together and feed once every four hours without fail

I always give my pup a snack before bed as well. She usually has a handful of carrots or a banana before bedtime.

I have to do like Mazer,I have a dog that has to eat every four/five hours right on schedule or she will throw up yellow bile in the middle of the night.The vets put her on medication but she still has to eat often.For us its going to be a way of life I guess....
