plumbing estimate help needed

My plumber quoted a price of $700 per fixture to be installed. These included 1 shower base, 1 whirlpool tub, 5 lavatory sinks, 1 fiberglass tub and shower, 3 toilets, 1 laundry connection, 1 laundry sink on legs, 1 kitchen sink.

Cost of installation for these was

$700 x 12 = 8,400

two fixtures @ 350.00 = $700

supply and install 2 outside faucets 2x250= $500.00

install 1 outside shower = $500.00

prices are for Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Do these prices seem reasonable or inflated ?

Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

this is a estimatment for what? To just install the fixture
or is this the price to plumb your house?
are the fixtures included in this quote?
    what about the water heater?
    is there an ice maker?

Additional informatio to be added to original post by jblk for plumbing estimate:

    The job included:

Rough in and finish an 2 1/2 bath home using flo-guard gold CPVC for water distribution and pvc foam core for drains and venting. All fixtures priced per unit for piping labor and installation. Actual fixtures are priced above and beyond the unit price for pipe and labor at 15% discount off list prices.

Included in prior post is one icemaker connection and 1 dishwasher connection.

    plumbing fixture $7,647.00

Install 1 rennai on demand water heater supplied and installed for $2,100.

Gas pipe 4 units 1 gas grill, 1 boilder, 1 stove and 1 hot water heater with TRac Pipe brand CSST gase lines at a cost of $450.00 per fixture. 4 x $450= $1,800.

Install a Buderus GB-142/45 boiler with 2 zones to supply heating to air handlers in basement and attic. Plumber only responsible for the hydronic side of HVAC heating. Total cost for heating $11,490.00.

Total plumbing, heating, and gas piping cost is $33,137.00.

I thought that might be too much information, but does this estimate sound reasonable?

    Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. That's good to hear. It's always hard to know what a fair price is.

You could seek one or two other estimates from different contractors. That way, you'd have some comparisons. It always pays to shop around.
