Put it back far enough so that just the doors are sticking out. Be sure to have the required amount of ventilation behind it and a place to plug it in without eating up your fridge space.

How far back you can put it is totally subjective. If you leave a little open space on the sides, then with any fridge no matter how the door hinges work you will be fine. Some fridge doors push out a bit when you open them; others don't. Only your model number knows for sure.

The installation guide for your fridge should give you the exact clearances you need for the doors to clear adjacent walls or cabinets

We did that and pulled it back just far enough so the doors could open easily. It worked out great.

Even better. Without any finishing panel on the side, people will see it is recessed instead of seeing behind it in the corner. That's good. Without the recess you are more inclined to want the finishing panel, but that costs more and requires finicky finishing and it can get wet and swell, etc.
