No clock - not needed for timing relaxation at the bar, not decorative, not useful as barware. The mirror is nice and if you keep it I would paint the cabinets below black to match it. Personally, to reflect hanging stemware (get a hanging stemware rack to mount up top, behind the trim piece) I'd prefer the entire area where the granite surrounds the countertop to be mirrored. The inspiration pic below would look better, IMO, if there were hanging stemware reflected in the mirror. Even if you move the mirror, the cabinets would look good in black.

Yes, maybe take the mirror off the wall and add a low wood shelf and fill it with liquor. Make sure that the shelf is painted white and extends from wall to wall. Do not make it equal the depth of your counter, try to keep it shorter than your workspace below. Say, 8" or so.

Then maybe tilt a small piece of artwork directly on the counter to cover up the outlet. It looks great.

I think put a full smoked mirror on the back with a see through shelving in front for bottles and glasses, wait, I think I gave this advice already a week ago. Posters don't listen;)

One way you could add some pizzaz to this area is with some fun glass tiles. A tile with a shimmering iridescence, like the one in the image below, would also help to brighten up the space.

Love those wine racks! I would do a smaller scale of that but still leave enough room for some artwork. I dont know why I imagine a dancer! I agree about painting the lower cabinets black. That was my immediate thought. I also agree about removing the mirror and clock. You can paint any wall space a deep color like burgundy, brick red, or pumpkin.

Love the wine racks but if on a limited budget definitely agree with painting the cabinets black and tile instead of paint. Take clock down and invest in some nice decanters and misc. pieces to warm it up.

The style of this dry bar is very different but take a look at how these shelves are installed. They are installed wall to wall and perpendicular to your counter so you can still use the counter to pour drinks. If you leave your shelving off to the side, it may not be as functional. If you go with a single shelf, you can relo your clock above the shelf or put whatever you want on that back open space.

If you go with a long, perpendicular wood shelf, be careful with the depth. I do like the idea of painting your cabs but if this is a laminate ask your paint store to mix it properly so you do not have excessive peeling.

P.S. You can get mirrored outlet covers if you want to mirror the wall and receptacles.

Three Thick Glass shelves from wall to wall that can hold stemware, since you already have a refrig for the wine. Take down the mirror and clock and paint the back wall an accent color. Remove the small objects and maybe get a big silver ice tub for the left side and a beautiful tray on the right to hold some decorative decantors.

When I first glanced at it I thought it was a bathroom vanity because of the mirror. I love the wine rack.
