Fabric suggestions please

I have a built-in seat in our main hallway that is about 68" wide, with bookshelves on one side, big drawer underneath, and cabinets above. It is a "nook" and was all knotty pine until we painted it a creamy white, which I love. We had all the walls and woodwork painted the same white and the ceiling is "geyser", which is a pale robins egg blue. It is a Porter Paint. My problem is -I have not been able to find a fabric to have the seat reupholstered. It should be easy but it is not, because I want to really like it and not just buy something. I will not likely change it so I don't want to be too trendy. It will not be sat on much, but people tend to throw their purse, coat, etc. on it. It is so deep that if I sat all the way back my shoes would be at the edge. Anybody remember "Edith Ann" on Laugh-In? I am giving away my age. My colors throughout the house are Rich Cream, Antique Cream, Pale Moss, Donnegal, a deeper shade off the Geyser strip, and Salsa Diane which is a red. I love turquoise and robins egg for accents. I am thinking a stripe would be nice, but I haven't seen one yet that speaks to me. Can't post pics. Thanks for any suggestions.
