Fantastic! I am working on a flip up door for a client who emailed me a link to your photo here. Very nice work! Any chance you could point me in the right direction for the flip up pocket door hardware? I have done them before, but not a 48" wide door.

I used a pocket door system by KV and it worked out well. I still think there may be better choices for a flip up and retract door.
