I have no personal experience however,my impression at a glance is that you will probably be "sleepless in Seattle" if you deal with this company. Reading the BBB report tells me that they are quoting low prices at the expense of customer service. I would be hesitant to deal with this company if they were right there in town, much less halfway across the country.

Our Noritz tankless came from them. Simple transaction, no problems. YMMV, obviously. We also had no problems with Homeclick, though folks occasionally pop up here who'd like to call in airstrikes on them. Guess we were lucky.

I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of Moen fixtures, one Moenstone sink, and two Panasonic fan/light units from Ira Woods & Sons. We remodeled/are in process of remodeling two bathrooms and the kitchen. The only nitpick I have is that sometimes shipping was a bit slow, but I got all my parts for the best price I could find.

I was pleased with Ira Woods and will continue to shop with them in the future.

We bought our Newport Brass ORB pulldown faucet from Irawoods and didn't have any problems at all. In fact, they had our faucet in stock which most other places did not and had by far the best price. I would definitely use them again.
