I have a reproduction pull chain oak toilet made by Gaylan. Their website is gaylan.com, but I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails & their contact phones are not answered.

Just wondering if anyone here has one of these toilets made by Gaylan, sold by Lowe's a few years ago. I need a new washer/O-ring for it and they are not stock parts--special order from Gaylan only.

And for what it's worth, don't ever buy one of these toilets--they look real nice, nice price, but trying to get a flapper to COMPLETELY seal off is a real pain--wastes a lot of water by slowly leaking down.

If anyone has one of these, where do you find parts for it?
