I don't have an answer, but we have picked ocean blue
pebble sheen, so I am interested in your responses (We
just started construction last week).
We did go look at a couple of pools before we selected
colors, but always in sunlight.

I too looked at Ocean Blue PS on an infinity pool. the water color on infinty egde portion of the pool was pitch black from shadow, so dark I had to walk up closer to see what was the deal. the rest of the pool looked really nice. I get shadows late in the day and I have small kids, I dont want to be wondering what or who is in the dark water all the time. leaning toward prism blue, would love to see some recent pools done in prism and ocean PS. thanks

Here's a thread I posted a few weeks ago with some ocean blue photos at different times of day. It is very reflective under low-angle sun and under shade, so it might not be the best for people with small kids and snakes (LOL).

thank you padrefan, Ive seen your pool and its awesome. I looked at a prism blue today and it was green, like a tennis court green. owner wasnt home to ask about water chemistry, but had to be off from what Ive been seeing on internet. Does your prism blue have any green or teal color? thanks

The only time it looked green is when it was first filled and water hadn't been balanced. I really don't think of it as teal at all either. To me it looks blue. However, not as deep a blue as Ocean Blue. If you live in the Temecula/Murrieta area you're welcome to come by and take a look....

More OB taken a couple of days ago around 1 PM and afternoon and this AM. Our pool is shallow 3-5ft Depth really makes a difference imho with darker PS colors.

here is a prism pool I looked at yesterday. water has to be off, note the tennis court in back ground is same as the water??? ... and finish was definitely prism blue. I requested to see another pool in prism. does anybody know if Aqua is alittle darker blue than Prism or other way around?

Hmmm. That looks more like emerald green. I know color can be off on cameras and computer screens, but that is NOT what my Prism blue looks like! No wonder you're concerned!

We have Prism Blue with Glass Tile Slate Blend Frosted CT GL by Classic Pool Tile & Stone and LOVE it. Am traveling but will try to post photos.
