First, have you had your salt level checked profesionally.
This unit doesnt seem to have a high salt shutoff. It would just blow fuses if the salt was too high.

If the salt was a little high it would only blow fuses if turned all the way up.

I had the salt tested last year and was low and added some. I have not added any since. I am assuming that I would have lost salt due to splash out so it should be lower last than last year. Last year as long as it wasn't 100% the fuses wouldn't blow. Now, if I have it turned all the way down, and turn the power on, both fuses blow. I'm thinking some kind of issue with the transformer or something. I will get the salt checked though.

I have a similar issue although I had mine set to 30 or 40 and only one fuse blows. my salt was low and I added 209 lbs when I purchased the home. system ran for months before I started having issues. nobody locally deals with eco matic products and I've had to convert to standard chlorine pool in the interim. I have been trying to find ecomatic corporate phone number with no luck.

The link also tells you how to replace the Triacs on page 18. I would save this link because it shows you how to maintain your unit on many things. Appears there are two Triac parts which must be replaced and they are available on-line to be ordered. Two sites have them between $23.00 -$27.00 which are Pool Supply Unlimited and E-Z Test Pool Supplies. Thank you.
