My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What material is this? It looks like brick but there are so many variations. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

    If you are speaking of the flooring, yes this is brick. They also have aged quarry brick that looks more aged, rather than than the nice and even brick that we build walls with. :)
