One of our local building material re-cycle stores has sheets of starion solid surface material 36x145 inches for $125. Seems like a great deal. If I had a straight run of counter, I would snap it up, but my kitchen is a G shape with 3 corners.... I understand that special adhesives are required to work with this type of material and that they are not available to the "general public" but only to "certified installers". Has anybody done DIY solid surface? Did you use the special adhesive? If so, where did you get it? Are you happy with the results?
