looking for: ekco cookie creations sheet recipes

I just found a gingerbread boy and girl cookie sheet at the thrift store. It has 8 indents for where you would put the cookie dough. I don't know how to use it and what cookie recipes would be good with it.

Does anyone have one of these and can give me some instructions and recipes?

Is this a cookie sheet? A metal thing like a pan? Or a wooden cookie mold?

I have one, my mother bought it for me. I use my regular "gingerbread man" cookie dough, and I've used it for sugar cookies too, using my own recipe.

It works pretty well, although when I frost the cookie I lose the "features" that are so nicely imprinted on them.

Annie, maybe you could use some kind of GLAZE instead of frosting to keep from losing the features. chery2

Lindac - It is a metal cookie sheet with the imprints of gingerbread girls and boys.

Annie - So you just put in cookie dough and follow the same baking time as regular cookies? I will try that.

Chery2 - Glaze sounds like a good idea. Thanks.
