June Table Runner

I am a bit late making the June table runner. I worked on it last weekend and have it ready to satin stitch the appliques. I am looking for small black buttons in the shape of watermelon seeds. The pattern called for squares to be appliqued in each of the border squares. I chose not to add them. I did follow the suggested colors in the pattern.

Cute, Linda! You could always embroider seeds if you can't find the right buttons.

Donna, that is a great idea! I msy have that shape in my Viking sewing machine, will have to check when I get home.

Donna, I used your suggestion to embroider the seeds. I found a stitch on my embroidery machine that resembles seeds and used it after doing an adjustment. I am happy with the results. Thanks again!
