Years ago I tried a recipe from a ladies' magazine for baked duck wrapped in clay. The duck was seasoned, wrapped in tin foil and then covered in a salt and flour clay. My children are requesting it and I have lost the recidpe. Does anyone remember it? Help would be appreciated.
