Don't know of anyone who uses a recipe for that.
Haven't made it in years, since I had hoards of hungty teen agers descend here.
But I would buy ground bologna at the grocery, and add
2, 3 or 4 hard boiled eggs ( depending on how much I needed to stretch the bologna) per pound of bologna, some chopped onion...about 1 T. per pound of balogna, 2 big spoonsfull of sweet pickle relish, a teaspoon of dijon mustard and enough Mayo to make it spreadable...
I don't use salad dressing and no celery.
If you refrigerate leftovers, the celery makes it watery.

I usually get the bologna in a four pound chunk, and share with a friend.
For two pounds of bologna, I use 3-4 boiled eggs, two nice stalks of celery, a couple of spoons full of sweet pickle relish, and enough mayo to bring it all together.
I really don't have a written recipe, either, but had just done this in June.
It keeps the growlies at bay when the grandkids can't wait till dinner.

Our mother used to make "ham salad" using a grinder. It was only bologna, cheese, sweet pickle relish, and Miracle Whip. She would either add a bit of sweet pickle juice or a sprinkle of sugar.

I just made some this morning for the first time. I'm letting it set in the fridge, but the first taste was missing something. Maybe I'll add onion.

I was happy to find that my Kitchen Aide blender came with a grinder attachment.
