I don't know what to tell you Jayne because I never have problems with Photobucket. You may have to be signed in so if you aren't, try that first. Then you have to highlight and copy the line labeled "HTML Code". Just highlighting it (or selecting it) doesn't copy it. You have to right click on your mouse to find 'copy' or you have to click on Edit in the menu bar at the top of the page.
Does any of that help?

Interesting! I never had to use the extra step Kate mentions, but now I do. Weird. Just for a test, here's a picture of me and my husband in our Renaissance Faire costumes.

You are right, Annie; it used to be that all you had to do was click on the html line and it copied it, but now it doesn't do it automatically. Not sure why they made the change. It happened just a couple months ago.

I'm having the same problem with Photobucket, but I've been attributing it to the fact that I got a new Mac notebook around the same time as the problem began. I've still to try posting a picture with my Dell which is still set up.

I notice that I have problems sometimes while using Firefox. It will work fine with IE, though.

Don't know anything about Photobucket but it's very simple with Flick'R if anyone is interested in considering it. It gives you the HMTL for links and embedding to copy into text.

I use Firefox and have never had any trouble posting pictures. I did notice, just as Kate says, that the little yellow "Copied" sign that used to come up automatically comes up no longer, so you have to right-click and choose "copy".

Hi Jayane-- We did have fun that day. We were at the Renaissance faire in Waxahatchie, TX for a friend's wedding and everyone dressed up for it. I made my and Jeff's costumes, my daughters made theirs together. Rachel, in the burgundy did the sewing, and Amy did the hand embroidery, which you can't really see unfortunately. The highlight of the day for the girls was when the faire royalty were walking through and the queen complimented them on their dresses.

I've been having problems with photobucket for over a month now,that's why i hardly post pictures anymore.

Me, too. I suppose I'll shop for an alternative. I use Linux so options might be different. Will consult my IT specialist tonight (my son). I get so many graphics that Photobucket is getting harder to use.

I followed Kate's instructions and Rt. clicked and it worked. I think that was the problem. It was easier the old way but change is everything! Thanks Kate.
