Very pretty blocks and I love blue and yellow together.

I have no suggestions for quilting, but good for you for getting your birthday blocks together! I have 2 sets (pink/black and blue/yellow) in the tub with a bunch of other block sets. Thanks for the reminder!

I had a set of quilt swap blocks that all had stars. I chose to outline each star, 1/4" inside around each point. If you'd like to see it, I'd be happy to post pictures to give you an idea what it looks like.

It looks a lot like the beautiful blocks I received in 2007. I also made a small baby quilt (in the next post). I quilted each star individually, mostly SITD. I don't know why the picture is so blurry! I won't post the other one.
