Do you know that I used to participate in a lot of the artisan shows where I sold my home decor items...and the main item/tool that I had - which always travelled with me - and I still have it in my workroom - is my fishing tackle box...that's right..and I don't fish..but I purchased the tackle box because it's one of the boxes that when you open it - it has 2 tray with separated compartments that open accordian style - and a huge storage area underneath..in the compartments I have pins, needles, measuring tapes, threads, thimbles, plastic rings, etc. etc. - and underneath it is filled with paper scissors, fabric scissors, rotary cutter, velcro, glue stick, etc. - everything that I could ever need to work on a project - to repair a project....it's all there...I should perhaps try to take a photo of my tackle box and show you - I've had it for years.....and I love it.....

Hi Bill,
I like the idea of a tack box for quilting. I used a tackle box for my tool box for years. Now I have enough tools I've graduated to an actual tool box. Have you posted any pics? We would love to see your work.
