Well, we didn't quite think everything through with our backsplash. We have it all up. Porcelain 6x6s with 1/4" space and 1" glass mosaic tile accent with 1/8" or less. Now it is time to tile. Of course we need sanded grout because of our 1/4" gap but sanded will scratch the glass. We plan to squeeze grout in the glass spaces via a plastic bag, like decorating a cake. But any other ideas would be appreciated, because this is the last thing to do and we don't want to spend days squeezing grout into spaces.
