I started teaching the kids their quilting class this week! I started off telling them the proper use of the rotary cutter and how dangerous it is. We practiced cutting on old material and everyone got their strips cut out. I send them home with "homework" to cut off the salvage edges of all the strips.

Next week we start sewing! These are very easy quilts and they are all making lap size.

I have four taking the class, My grandson and granddaughter 11, 9 my son 11 and a friend of ours 11. I'll post pictures once we get started, I forgot to take them this week.
