I'd love to meet some fellow Garden Web quilters.... I'm off every other day literally, so there's a 50/50 chance that the day will fall on a day that I'm off... I'm always off on at least one weekend day and that alternates every week....

I know some of you probably have 9-5 jobs and off on weekends and some of you might have church obligations on Sundays... and the holidays are coming, but still, I think this would be fun!

Who else is game?

I'm not an organizer type person, but if it's ever decided to have a get-together near Brooksville and it's not on a weekend where we have the grandkids I'd be glad to come. I don't work but I do remember how it was when I did work and how difficult it was to take time off. Brooksville would be a centralized place, I-75 runs through it and just West off I-75 off 50 is Papa Joe's Italian restaurant which wouldn't be as crazy-crowded as the restaurants right off of I-75. Or a little further West is the Country Kitchen or Applebee's, or even Beef O'Brady's, which is closer to the LQS. If anyone wanted to I could lead or direct them to the LQS, but it isn't open on Sundays. Again, I'm not an organizer but if enough stars and planets line up right it might be do-able.

The reason I said Saturday or Sunday was because I was thinking of those who work during the day. I can do week days, too....except like Gwen, those pesky dr. appointments.

Thanks for the info on restaurants, Rita. Papa Joe's or Country Kitchen sounds good to me if we can get a day and time that works for everyone.
