I'm free!!

Went to the doctor today and got my stitches out. He said I am free to do anything I want, as long as PT agrees and it doesn't hurt. I still have 3 weeks of PT, but that is ok. The surgery didn't do anything for the arthritis, just gotta keep the joints moving and active.

DH put my bike in the trainer and I am back on it. PT said no resistance, so just free spinning, but my legs are going around again. I'm happy!
