Have not purchased any kitchen fixtures but did just purchase 2 outdoor wall sconces and actually posted excellent feedback on the store's website. We are very happy with the quality and price. I was expecting junk but got way more than that with Forte. Actually plan on buying more soon.

The first 2 are very pretty. I like the Kichler just a little bit more because it's more streamlined. I know Kichler lighting is very good quality, never heard of Forte either, but at $100 if you love the look of the fixture, I'd go for it. If you do decide on the Kichler, I saw it for $236 at Lightingdirect.com and there's a 10% off coupon code JOINUS that I used last week.

Good luck!

Which website did you order from?

I like the Kichler too, but I'm afraid it might be too tall for the space. I like the Forte, but I'd hate to spend the money to have it installed if it's not a good fixture.

Does anyone know how to insert the light into the kitchen photo so I could get an idea how they will look? I've see it done on other posts.

This obviously isn't to scale since I don't know the size of your room, ceiling height, etc.

erikanh,

Thank you so much, I think you probably got it about right.
The room is 8 X 8 with 8 ft ceiling. How do you insert the picture in another picture?

Could I ask you to do me a favor and show me what the Forte light would look like? I really appreciate it.

Thanks again Gail

You're welcome. I used Paint.
