To answer your question about which to get, it would be helpful to know who is doing the installation - an experienced contractor, or you as a DIY job? My GC told me to get the 3-bolt version. It's a few more steps to install, but he said it would be more secure and have less vibration. The big advantage of the Easy Mount style is, well, it's easy to mount. If you're DIY, and not that experienced, it's better to buy the Easy Mount style.
