My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    They are fiber optic in this installation. We installed them without a fixture, just the end of the cable coming through the finish. The reason for using fiber optic around the fire place is that the light driver can be located further away from the fireplace. I believe that there are LED's that will now do this... Search LED button lights.
