Hello, I usually lurk on the decorating forum, but occasionally pop over here and read. I have been following the post by texashottie and was wondering if you could help me too. I am making london shades for my family room and having trouble visualizing what you mean about the weight bar between the middle pouf. Is the weight bar sleeve tacked to the back with the pleats pinned shut? (my instructions said to only tack pleats at top and bottom of shade) I guess my second question is, do you tack the pleats all the way up and down the london shade, or just at the top and bottom? If I have been unclear, please let me know and I will try to clarify. I would really appreciate a picture of the back of one of you shades if possible. Thank you so much, sorry for the imposition.
