I am trying to help my 92 year old friend. His wife is an avid and skillful sewer. She was able to get a used sewing machine, and because of her experience has been able to make good use of it, without the instruction manual, for most tasks.

She has always done buttonholes the old manual way, but she would like to try to use the buttonhole attachment of the machine.

I see that the manuals can be ordered, but she does not need it, except to learn how to install the buttonhole attachment and some simple instructions.
