I need advice. I putting a metal structure cloth covered pavilion on my second floor deck ( came from Sears ) . There is a 60 foot oak tree grows through the deck . I am in Austin Tx the weather is general dry and hot and extra sun yet we get into wet spells. When it rains the water drips over the tree bark and really makes it hard to keep algae off the deck.

The pavilion is still in the box. So I am trying to figure out is there something I can apply to the fabric to make it last longer . Like a sun blocker, water proof, and anti fungus / algae. Probably something that only exist in only a magical world and applied by a wizard.
