Where can I purchase high quality Roman shade cleats, pulleys, etc.? In the past, when I've made shades, I've salvaged the notions from older shades. For the next project, I want higher quality ones, if possible. Any online sources? I'm using Scalamandre fabric and don't want to wimp out on the hardware.
