Eldredge Rotart Sewing Machine Information

This seems to be the site to go to for information on unknown sewing machines so hoping ya'll can help. I have a sewing machine made by the National sewing Machine Co in Belvedere, IL. The model is PBR and on the machine it says Eldredge Rotary. Does anyone know its age and value? Thanks for any help.

I'm not too sure of its age, but I'd guess 1920s. As for value, it has none. It is rusty, incomplete, and has no base or cabinet to support it. I have over 50 vintage and antique sewing machines, but you couldn't pay me to take this one away.

Yes, it's value is zero. Even in good shape, it wouldn't be worth much. However, it may be worth a few bucks as scrap (and I'm not being funny).
