I need some instructions to make a tied tulle dress up skirt for a little girl. Here is a good example. I will be using silk flowers I have on hand and I have about 2 yds of the tulle. Just quick and dirty...I had a last minute birthday party invite from a friend and I just spent $$$ on emergency dental work. I would like it to tie in the back to save on fabric. She's about a 5/6. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
