I found mine on Craigs List. It's a dark oak antique pedestal table that's 42" round and has 1 or 2 leaves (can't remember, haven't ever used them yet!). We use it with a loveseat (with a somewhat higher-than-usual seat) on one side and a couple of chairs on the other side. We also have other chairs we can pull in from other rooms if/when we need to.

It depends on what size table you need, but I had a hard time finding a 42" round one, which is what I wanted because our room is very small.

Without knowing your style or what size table you're looking for, it's hard to recommend specific resources for tables and chairs.

42" sounds like a great size. Does the pedestal divide when you open up the table? Having a loveseat with it sounds very charming. Do you have any pictures?
