I am looking for a pillowcase shirt pattern

I am looking for an online pattern or instruction for a pillowcase blouse for ladies. They look similar to the girls pillow case dresses but are shirts for ladies. I found one online but the pattern is $9.99 !!! ...and I am not sure how a PDF pattern would work. Any help or instruction would be greatly appreciated.

Though not on sale this week, Joann (or Hobby Lobby) frequently have them for either $.99 or $1.99.

Oh thank you so much. I tried making one without a pattern...it worked ok. But I know a pattern would do better. :D
