Hello From North East Kansas.

We had our house painted this fall. Now under the eaves the paint looks like it is running down. We have talked with the painter and the people who we brought the paint from. The painter has never seen anything like this before and the paint seller says that it is fungus. What it looks like is the paint is running and in some places it has gone all the way down from the eaves to the bottom of the siding. This goes all around the house starting at the top and going down. We do have cedar shakes shingles also.
