Well didn't that turn out beautifully?! Re the grout appearance, it looks like terra cotta to me. Reminds me of an old medicine bottle I mosaiced w/a lot of purple/lavender tesserae, and grouted it w/charcoal. The grout took on the colors of the tesserae, and looks purple. Interesting. You really did a terrific job of mosaicing that bowl. I'm still in awe of your ability to cut such small pieces and put them together so beautifully.
