Christmas Tree Skirt Panel

Hello

Are all Christmas tree skirts made to go all around the tree stand? I have half a tree skirt panel, added bias tape to it leaving enough tape to tied it around the tree stand. Someone has said to me that I have only half of the panel. Has anyone just use half a panel? Thank you B.

The purpose of a tree skirt is to hide the tree stand. The trouble with half a panel is that maybe all the things you want covered won't be.

I don't think there is any hard and fast rule about this. If you are happy with your half panel use it, no matter what anyone says
