You may need to redesign the pattern. Add some paper to the neck side of the strap. I have narrow shoulders and can't cut the neck opening as wide as it comes. For the ones you have already made add a strip of fabric in a complementry color..

would it be posible to add another row on the inside of the sholders sort of like binding?

Maybe the next onee you make try making the neck opening not so broad on the chest and narrow the shoulder straps a bit so they don't hang off your shoulders?

For the existing aprons you have already made, make a Seam right down the middle of the front, 2" or more, whatever makes it fit. Then add some decorative binding around the neck, over that front seam, and along the bottom, so it looks like you intended it that way.

It's not that the neck size is cut too wide, it's that the entire top is too wide. You need to fix that pattern by making the entire bodice part narrower. Then sew on the straps.

Or for those that are already made,add 2 darts to the back neckline area,one on each side(left,right) of the back.I've had to do that a few times to t-shirts that i cut the ribbing off the neckline.It's hardly noticeable.I'm one of those people who can't stand anything up around my neck.
