Almost done with crosses

This one is going to Catholic HS auction next week (school colors blue and silver gray). I'm calling it a graduation cross, I will put Class of 1978 on the back. It will have gray grout.

The girl and boy crosses are going to my Church auction in March. Can't decide on grout, white or black w/gold wash???

Oh, they all look so good. I still think about the other cross you did for your DD. I LOVED that black grout with the gold wash. I'm still planning on trying that someday!

Your graduation cross is BEAUTIFUL!! The love and joy ones are pretty, too. I think they look good with whatever color

BEAUTIFUL!!! I love them all but espeacially the stylized first one. agree on the gold wash over black, since you did those 1st 2 I couldn't imagine anything else!

Crystal, Great job and please keep us posted as to how they do at the auctions. Every year, I donate something to my grandsons school's annual dinner auction. So am always interested in what an item might bring in. Several years ago, I mosaiced a garden bench and it sold for $320. This is a wonderful way to "give back". I hope your crosses bring top dollar!

Very nice. I love them all, and think black with gold wash grout will be beautiful on the boy and girl crosses. Please make sure you post after you grout!

Since they look so good right now, I think black with gold grout. I really like the shape of the 1978 one. Where do you find these?

I grouted last night and the gray grout on the graduation cross is a @&$*^@! mess!!! :( I hope to try and save it tonight! The mirror edges are sharp! The gray grout didn't feel the same as the black grout same manufacturer...I don't know...just pissed off.
