Styling Unique Fireplace Mantle

I have a deep fireplace and mantle trimmed with wainscoting that I'd like to style. I'd like to hang a large TV and do some sort of millworking on the large back wall behind it and/or possibly panel the ceiling above. Would anyone be willing to share some ideas? Thanks!
