    Prefab stacking shelves, adjusted slightly for width of room, added base and crown to trim out as built-ins.

      Sofa is not a sleeper, homeowners had this before they purchased this home and we did the room.

      The homeowner has the sofa about six inches from the bookcases in this photo. You can see and get to books on the second shelf, but the bottom shelf behind the sofa is really just for storage. While it seems they could leave the sofa out another foot or two, with their current layout it would be hard to get around behind the side tables and chair anyway.
