Hi. I have been having a terrible time trying to get my diet right. I am diabetic and I need to watch how many carbs I eat. I noticed there were a few others with this problem also. I've tried eating low carb (with meat) and my blood sugar stays down, but miss my vegetarian diet. I would also be interested in any information anyone has on eating vegetarian and still staying low carb.

I'd also like to hear from any other vegetarians who are also diabetic. How do you control your blood sugar?
