Beautiful Nice! Love the saying and really love the heart! I'd be leaning towards charcoal grout?? Love the ball chain too!! This has Everything!!! The words, the shape, the flowers and jewlery! Wow!!!

That's what I'm feeling Jane. Wench suggested dark green which I could see on the frame but definately not on the heart... Then I'm not wanting this to go toward one overpowering color since I really like the balance of oranges and greens that I have right now... Charcoal it is, and I reserve the right to do a brown/olive color wash if need be. .

I'm going to paint the rays gold and line the inside edge with seed beads after I grout.

BTW this is a donation for a fundraiser in NJ, an art auction. If anyone else wants to contribute, I'll post the link.

OH MY GOSH!!!! That is so wonderful!! Your choice of grout COMPLETEs this piece. So fantassssssstic!!! I lvoe that color, kinda a browish gold.. Perfect,

The heart and especially the cross really POPPED with that grout, and the ball chain you added, a fitting touch.. You do such beautiful work, I KNOW it will sell for a king's ransom.

I wouldn't doubt there is a bidding war over your piece.

Do you add the ball chain after you have grouted????

Can't saw enough, another beauty, and so soon after your table masterpiece!!!

BRAVO!! Another materpiece! Am in awe of how quickly you are able to turn out such beauty!

Was it hard to grout around the poly clay tiles? Haven't tried that yet, but love the life it gives the finished product.

Nice, this turned out really great! The grout color really looks great with the gold cross on the heart! It really is beautiful! Godd job and such a worthy cause! You inspire me to do some fundraiser items!!!

Mermaid, I add the ballchain before grouting and have no problem cleaning it (knock on substrate)

Curb, I use painters tape over the PC tiles to keep the grout out of the stamped designs/letters.

Thank you ALL for such nice compliments... I really was very inspired by this one, once I figure out what I wanted it to say it all just came together easy peasy.

Well I'll be hornswaggled! Another NT original. A true beauty for SURE. Boy, how did you get the brilliance on the flame? What paint did you use. Love the sentiment too. The cross on the heart is brilliant. BEAUTIFUL, as usual. Not surprising at all.

LOL well, let me tell ya... I was informed today that most of the attendees to the auction will be Jewish. (laughing at myself) So the cross has been replaced by a filigree gold leaf shape.

Slow, the flames... I painted 1st with light gold, then blotched on deep cad yellow and dusted with gold mica. Thank you!
