Want to introduce myself

I've been lurking for the past 4 yrs and decided to join the group. I work full time and have done stainedglass for 22 yrs. Right now I have a basment full of poured cement mushrooms just waitng to be mosiced. I just want to thank you all for your great ideas and I hope I can figure out how to post a picture when I get them done.

Welcome. This is the BEST group on the forum! Tell me, where are you from, and how in the world did you end up with a basement of 'shrooms??

WELCOME, ohtobedone!! As you have probably already noticed during your time in lurkdom, we are just a tad quirky....and WE LOVE IT!! I, too, can't wait to see some of your work, esp the mushrooms! Oh to have a basement!! They simply don't work in our part of TX....soil shifts too much. DRAT!!

Welcome !After 22 yrs can't wait to see your pictures..They must be wonderful! I would have never gotten pictures on here without all these girls help..over and over til I got it.Still can't do some of the things I want to do but I'll keep trying.Everone here will help you all you need,this is a great place to be!Annie

I live in Rolla, MO. Work full time at Lowes and have 2 dogs, 3 cats, 3 birds and 2 guinea pigs. I'm the grandma with the fun house!! I also have a large yard and love to garden. I also give stained glass classes in the winter. Hence the name of ohtobedone! I started lurking on garden junk but my passion is glass. Thanks for asking!

Welcome, O2B! Looks like you have been formally initiated into the group! Let's see...I never was a Star Wars fan, but we never missed Star Trek Voyager, and my favorite character was "7 of 9", whose name in the Una Matrix was Aneka, which kinds of rhymes with Veronica, so I'll be "lady7of9".
