Please excuse the mess in the photos. We are in the process of adding on and remodeling. In the photos of the living room/dining room we are stumped with what to do with the space. We really like it how it is, functioning as a sitting and dining room. However, are wondering if we should keep our rectangle table or get an round one. Our kitchen once our addition is done, will have two openings where all the items are against the wall so the empty space where it was a breakfast area will be traffic area. Any ideas of what to do with these areas? Also, any ideas with paint or should I keep it the way it is?

The area with the white sectional sofa is our upstairs living room. We like it the way it is, just don't know what to do in the space that the chairs are against the windows. Those chairs are sitting there for our addition in the meantime but are not perminent. Any ideas for this space? Lastly, should we change the tile on the backsplash that is red since we have blue being our color in this room. Or any other suggestions? Thanks a ton!!
