My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Another gift completed

Almost forgot to make a gift for my DD's friend who comes to visit almost every time DD comes. We are giving her a b.d. lunch on Sat., and this is my gift to her. Chose my b.r. cuz it's dark. It looks pretty w/a candle, although it doesn't show up well here.
