I wrote a small snippet in the "Saral paper" post ... but I want to explain this more since this is the best transfer paper I've ever used.

When I taught tole painting ... my class and I used it on wood. This is probably the wrong forum to post on it - but who knows - maybe some of us need patterns on wood ! It comes in blue & white . It's thin like tissue paper - you can only trace on one side. When the pattern is on the project .... if you can't stay in or out of the lines - you just wipe them off. Graphite paper is a lost cause... it's permanent.

This is definately user friendly ! The funny thing about this paper is -- you have to keep it out of the sun. Light fades the paper somehow ! ( It's not wax ... but something that disappears )

In My Michaels - it's in 2 places - by the gold leaf and by the artist supplies .It costs about $5 . Worth every penny - it lasts a long time.
