My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Know your china . . . wow, a very informative site

Guys, I couldn't sleep so I've been dinking around eBay for the last couple of hours. I stumbled upon some gorgeous broken plate tiles - where does she find this stuff? Anyway, there's a helpful section on this lady's eBay store wherein she describes the quality of china over the years. (Warning - - do not enter her store unless you have some extra cash laying around - you are going to want some of her tiles.)
