I have a chest that I curb shopped that used to have glass in the middle of the top. I want to use tempered glass but would like to add real leaves under it. I know that some people have used paper but was wondering if anyone had any ideas about using leaves. Like... do you think it would trap any moisture in there and get moldy? I had one of those window hangy things once that has flowers sealed in it and I guess the soldering must have come loose somewhere because it ended up getting moldy inside. I suppose the thing to consider would be to seal it real well. Any ideas or suggestions?
